All products are hand crafted with a scroll saw; thus no two pieces are exactly the same. I use solid woods, premium pine, maple, oak, poplar etc. 

I have made my own designs as well as purchased designs; with the help of my computer, I personalize designs, they are printed and then adhered to the wood. 

Where necessary, I drill small pilot holes with a drill press, so that I can insert the saw blade through the wood. Cutting times vary depending on the details of the design, as well as the hardness of the wood.

Once a product is cut, I sand it to a smooth finish, apply stains as fit and complete with oils to bring out the natural grain of the wood. Oils help deepen the color.  

All puzzles are stained with child safe products. I use food colors and other non-toxic stains and oils.  

Due to variants in nature, your product may not look exactly like the one pictured. 

Made to order items may take up to 2 weeks for completion plus shipping. All products are made by me from start to finish, so time to complete and ship may extend when busy. 

Personalized items, as well as custom work will add design process to the completion time.
